§ 13.18. Refund of fees.

Following payment of the health permit fee if the health officer denies the health permit for failure of the business owner or operator to comply or for a vehicle owner/operator to deliver a vehicle for inspection or reinspection, a service charge equal to thirty-five percent of the health permit fee will be deducted from the health permit fee refund.
