§ 13.13. Fraudulent, etc., statements in application.

No person shall make any false, misleading or fraudulent statement or misrepresent any facts in any application for a health permit required to be filed with the health officer of this city. In addition to any other penalties provided by this article, such conduct shall be grounds for suspending or revoking any permit issued to such person. (Ord. No. 805, § 2.07.)
