§ 11.5.7. Permit revocation.

The health officer may, after providing opportunity for a hearing, revoke a permit for serious or repeated violations of any of the requirements of this chapter, interference in the performance of the duty of the health officer, or an immediate danger to the public health or safety. Any wholesale food facility for which the permit has been revoked shall close and remain closed until a new permit has been issued. (Ord. No. 1080, § 4, Exh. A.)
