§ 11.5.5. Permit suspension notice.

Whenever a permit is suspended for violating this chapter, the health officer shall issue to the permittee a notice setting forth the acts or omissions with which the permittee is charged and informing the permittee of the right to a hearing. (Ord. No. 1080, § 4, Exh. A.)
