§ 11.3.5. Violation as public nuisance; abatement or injunction.

Every wholesale or retail food facility, or catered event, maintained, or operated in violation of this chapter, and all food produced, prepared, manufactured, packed, packaged, stored, kept, sold, distributed, or transported in violation of this chapter is hereby declared a public nuisance. Any such nuisance may be abated or enjoined in an action brought for that purpose or may be summarily abated in any manner provided by law for the summary abatement of public nuisances dangerous to health.
