§ 11.3.3. Severability.

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this chapter is for any reason held to be void or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter; it being the intention of the city council to pass and adopt this chapter and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that one or more of the sections, subsections, clauses, sentences, or phrases thereof may be declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
