§ 11.3.2. Rules and regulations.

The health officer is hereby authorized to adopt reasonable rules and regulations governing those businesses and vehicles specified in this chapter. Such rules and regulations may be contained in a resolution or an ordinance and shall be effective only after approval of the city council. Upon approval, such rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as other provisions of this chapter. (Ord. No. 1080, § 4, Exh. A.)
